- Fundilima SACCO Society Limited invites sealed tenders for supply, installation, configuration, customization, testing, commissioning, training and maintenance and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 business central system.
- Tenders must be accompanied by bid security from a Reputable financial institution of KES 200,000 as described in Clause 2.14.1 of the tender document.
- Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box at Fundilima Sacco Society Ltd. at JKUAT Main Campus on or before Friday 25th July 12: 00.pm.
- Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for (90 days) days from the closing date of the tender.
- Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.fundilimasacco.co.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to info@fundilimasacco.co.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
- The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
- All clarification and/or amendments will be published on the Fundilima SACCO Society Ltd. website (www. fundilimasacco.co.ke) and interested tenderers are required to check for any addendums or amendments in the course of the bidding period prior to the closing date.
